House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul Pelosi was just sentenced to five days in jail — two days removed for good behavior — and the Porsche he crashed during that DUI is up for auction.
The vehicle is valued at $170,000 with only 2,738 miles with damage to its “undercarriage” and “side”.
The vehicle identification number for Pelosi’s car was redacted form police reports but the auctioned vehicle’s Carfax report details a “severe” accident which occurred on the same date as Pelosi’s DUI crash – May 28.

According to police reports and court records, Paul Pelosi pulled his Porsche out into an intersection directly in front of a Jeep, causing the collision that got him booked for DUI. Aside from his three days in jail, Paul Pelosi will spend three years on probation and have to pay close to $5,000 in medical bills for the victim of his crash.

According to police, Pelosi admitted to have begun drinking at approximately 7:00 PM on the day of the crash, just a few hours before causing an accident. Pelosi refused to submit to a breathalyzer at the time of the incident but yielded a 0.082% blood alcohol content from a blood test drawn later.

Spokespersons for both Nancy and Paul Pelosi have not addressed the whereabouts of the Porsche in question.
