Might need to visit Memphis, Tennessee.
Memphis Mayor Paul Young said he's putting partisan politics aside to welcome the National Guard. Mayor Young said he intends to use them to help law enforcement, and make the community safer. However, he was not the only one to roll out the red carpet.
A local gentlemen's club put their money where their mouth is and advertised free admission to members of the National Guard.
This isn't some flea ridden establishment either. The Pony has a 4.1 star rating on Google, which is extremely rare among gentleman's club. Looking at the reviews, a “One Star” ratings wasn't from a customer, but rather from someone who was offended by their then sign that read “Now Hiring the Class of 2025”.
The National Guard has not made a comment about the offered discount. However, they have also not yet publicly stated their Soldiers are not allowed to go.
