Veteran-Owned Business of the Week: Seaworthy Leather

Seaworthy Leather is inimitable in their craft. Although the industry is older than anyone reading this article, no one does it like they do.

Shawn Peacock, the owner of Seaworthy, has been honing his skills for nearly 7 years now. In that time, Seaworthy has expanded its production to include wallets, bags, belts, and all things leather.

Words from the Owner

Peacock spoke to Pop Smoke about his progress, stating, “I always have vets reaching out to me asking for advice and I tell them all that they need to have a hobby to keep their mind right. For me, it was leather.”

Aside from keeping him occupied, Peacock also told Pop Smoke, “It’s a cool feeling to be able to help people get nice wallets that they like, that will last a decade plus, for slightly more than they’d pay for a store-bought wallet.”

Seaworthy’s signatures are consistently clean lines and sick designs. Our personal favorite out of Peacock’s designs is his plague doctor imprint (speaking of sick designs).

The best part about Seaworthy is that each of their products are 100% custom. This leaves the customer free to choose the designs and materials that they would prefer.
