What is Pop Smoke Media?
Pop Smoke Media is a media and e-commerce platform that covers real stories worth your time. We publish articles, run The Smoke Pit Podcast, and offer gear that helps fund everything we do. No fluff, no filters.
Why do you sell gear?
Independent media doesn’t pay for itself. Instead of pushing sponsored content or clickbait ads, we fund the mission with gear that actually means something. Every order helps us keep the lights on, the content real, and the platform growing.
ORDERING & PRODUCTS
What kind of products do you offer?
We carry two types of gear:
Pop Smoke Originals — designed and often stocked in-house. These are exclusive to us and typically ship directly from our team.
Partner Brands — we offer gear from other trusted brands to give you more value and variety. These items are often drop-shipped directly from the brand or their warehouse.
Are all products in stock?
Only Pop Smoke Originals are kept in stock most of the time. All other items are drop-shipped and ship directly from our suppliers. Product availability may vary.
Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you reach out right away to info@popsmokemedia.com, we’ll do our best to help. If the item has already shipped, we won’t be able to make changes — but you can return it after delivery.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Pop Smoke Originals ship within 1 to 2 business days
Drop-shipped items usually ship within 3 to 7 business days
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note:
International orders do not qualify for free shipping
You are responsible for all customs, duties, and import taxes in your country
Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your region
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we support shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses through USPS.
Who is responsible if a package is lost or delayed?
As long as the shipping address is correct, we take responsibility for making sure your order gets to you. If there’s an issue, reach out and we’ll make it right.
TRACKING
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it, or email us at info@popsmokemedia.com.
My tracking says delivered but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Check your mailbox, front porch, and with neighbors first. If it still hasn’t shown up, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to sort it out.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What’s your return policy?
You can return any unused item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
In original condition and packaging
Unused and unwashed
We pay for return shipping. Refunds are issued within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the item.
Can I exchange an item for a different version?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, return the original and place a new order.
What items are not eligible for return?
We don’t accept returns for used items or anything returned outside of the 14-day window.

Do you offer paid subscriptions?
No. Our newsletter is free and keeps you in the loop with content drops, gear launches, and exclusive offers.

Click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email, or reply STOP to any SMS message.

Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. But creating an account makes tracking and managing your orders easier.
