Many Veterans have turned to airsoft as a way to supplement the adventure and community they experienced in the military. Although, COVID-19 put many of those interactions on hold. However, Ballahack Airsoft has complied with all COVID guidelines and is back to doing large events.

Many Veterans have turned to airsoft as a way to supplement the adventure and community they experienced in the military. Fertile Crescent is part of the Revelations event series. It is a fully immersive 2-day experience where players can create their own adventure. This takes place across 99 acres and usually has several hundred participants. These range from military, law enforcement, and those who just want to have fun and make new friends.

Players are also encouraged to develop a character, a backstory and dress for the part! Fertile Crescent is scheduled to take place August 14th & 15th, in Chesapeake, VA. To find more information, just click here.

The event page states, “Registration includes Custom Revelations FC6 Patch, free gameplay food and drinks, Pizza at Scenario Endex, and a raffle ticket for the Raffle each day accordingly.”

Former soldier, Michael Stedman is the Media Director at Ballahack Airsoft. The Veteran of Afghanistan said he was drawn to these events because of the creativity of the participants. “They always surprise you,” said Stedman. “You never know what’s going to happen, and that is what makes it so awesome.

Ballahack founder Christopher Wratten said, “The Revelations event series is a free flowing, post-apocalyptic role-playing game where players have the power to choose the manner in which they will survive the wastelands.”

Wratten went on to say, “This is not your normal event. You will experience challenging situations and must have the maturity to handle them.”
