After helping treat the wounded, Fierro was trying to find his family when he was tackled by police. Furthermore, the Club Q hero was then handcuffed and placed in a squad car for an hour. During this time, he pleaded to be allowed to check on his family. Eventually, Fierro was released and took his daughter to the hospital for minor injuries.
