Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Army CID.
To qualify, you must provide “credible information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the theft of a demolition shaped charge.”
We know that's not a lot to go off, but if it was easy the stingy bean counters in charge of the money bags wouldn't be offering cash for help.
Good luck!
