Pentagon Chief suggests aliens might be sending probes to Earth
In a stunning announcement, the head of the Pentagon’s Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) Task Force has said that it is possible that aliens aboard a mothership are currently present in our solar system.
The statement by Luis Elizondo, who previously oversaw the US military’s investigations into UFOs, has sent shockwaves through the scientific community and beyond. According to the report, an artificial interstellar object could potentially release many small probes during its close passage to Earth, a construct that is not too dissimilar from NASA missions. Kirkpatrick cited the object “Oumuamua,” which moved through our solar system at high speed in 2017 and may have been a mothership with probe capabilities.
While Elizondo was careful to emphasize that there is no concrete evidence to support such a claim, his statement is certain to reignite interest in the search for aliens. The Pentagon has been increasingly open about its interest in UAPs in recent years, releasing a series of declassified videos that show unexplained aerial phenomena encountered by US military pilots.
The possibility of an alien mothership raises a host of questions, including whether it is a peaceful exploration or a potential threat.
