According to their website, First Tactical “listens to the needs of our customers, engineers products with cutting edge materials, ask real operators to field test in the most demanding situations and deploy top-quality products at prices unseen in the industry.”

Okay, so maybe it’s more of an intuitive and common sense approach than a novel one. But there’s still not a lot of players in this industry that see the value in communicating with their community the way First Tactical does.

First Tactical even goes so far as to host frequent product development sessions with Law Enforcement personnel, Firefighters, and Emergency Medical Responders.

From there, their design team creates innovative features based on consumer demand to create common tools with uncommon functionality.

Once designed, all First Tactical equipment goes into the field with the kind of men and women who will put it through the most grueling challenges possible. The equipment is then modified and re-fitted based on the feedback from its users.

“Our designers at First Tactical have created what we feel is the BEST public safety apparel and gear on the market. I could not be more proud of what the team has created. We are excited to continue to provide innovative product at a reasonable price. As we continue to grow and move into more dealerships across the country and around the world, we are committed to our partnerships and providing exceptional customer service to them.” – Bob Denny, CEO of First Tactical
