Shots fired: Army SF command roast “Squids” before football game

Shots fired: Army SF command roast “Squids” before football game Army vs Navy is one of the best rivalries in college football. Before the two teams take the field, there is usually some good natured banter. However, the 1st Special Forces Command says their team will “show no mercy against these Squids.”

Although the Army won the last meeting, Navy leads the overall series. The current record stands in favor of Navy at 61–53–7.

Last year, the game was a grinding effort for both sidelines. Each team only competed one pass attempt. That’s right, in the whole game there were only two completed passes.

There were a combined 88 rush attempts that only amounted to 279 total yards of offense. Talk about trench warfare.

It is unclear where the Army got the uniforms for the “Squids,” and if the grass stains can be removed.

Will the Army emerge victorious once again? Will the Navy get back to their winning ways? We will just have to wait to see.
